French Montana's journey is slowly approaching, and after what seems like years of waiting (okay, really just long LONG months), the MMG/Bad Boy hybrid star is finally set to drop his self-proclaimed classic, Excuse My French. With his single "Freaks" still trying to settle in on the major charts, he comes forward with another release from the album entitled, "Ain't Worried About Nothin" surprisingly a solo offering, compared to his feature-heavy singles thus far.
Don't think for a second though that French Montana is coming alone on his major-label debut on May 21st, he's grabbed Max B, The Weeknd, Jeremih, Diddy, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Drake, 2 Chainz, Snoop Dogg, Scarface, Rico Love, MGK, Ace hood, Mavado and more on his forthcoming album. Daft Punk ‘Random Access Memories’ Tracklist + Reveals Studio Time w/ Pharrell and Kanye West | News
With the May 21st date approaching, information about the forthcoming Daft Punk album Random Access Memories appears to be floating to the surface - and with the anticipation from fans and critics alike, it may be a front-runner for one of the top albums of the year. Daft Punk haven't released a full project since 2005, but with their re-emergence in 2013, they've enlisted Pharrell Williams, Nile Rogers, DJ Falcon, Paul Williams and more for their forthcoming album. According to Rolling Stone as well, the duo apparently at one time logged in some studio time with Kanye West - who of course sampled them on his 2007 hit-single, "Stronger" off his Graduation LP. When Eve left off telling her story through music, it was 2002 and she was telling the tales of "Gangsta Lovin" and "Satisfaction." That was 11 years ago, and while she has released one-off singles since then - she's finally ready to make her return, and it will be in the form of her fourth studio album Lip Lock. Moving from the major label to independent dreams, she's doing it all on her own and has garnered attention with the promotional single "She Bad Bad" as well as the Gabe Saporta-assisted, "Make It Out This Town." Lip Lock also features appearances from Chrisette Michele, Pusha T, Propain, and Dawn Richard and will be released on May 14th.
