Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull Perform “Live It Up” on American Idol Finale | Video
Jennifer Lopez apparently stole the show on American Idol last night, and if you didn't watch the show (like myself) you weren't aware at all. With an all-star list of performers on the show for Thursday's finale. Jenny From The Block, who also played host for the two seasons prior, returned to the stage to perform her newest single "Live It Up" featuring Pitbull. With heavy choreography, J. Lo looked as good as she ever looked on stage. Rumors are swirling of her replacing Mariah Carey at the judges desk. If she is, she's certainly giving the judges something to consider. (more...)
Mariah Carey Performs A Medley of Her Hits on American Idol Finale | Video
American Idol is coming to an end, and what a better stage to perform on than the 12th season finale. After premiering her new single earlier this month, Mariah Carey finally hit the stage in a pre-taped performance (taped last night and aired today) of her performing a medley of her hits, including her first single "Vision of Love" as well as "Make It Happen", "Hero", "My All", and "We Belong Together." She concluded the medley by performing a solo rendition of her newest single, "#Beautiful" - which kicked off with a major debut on Hot 100 at #24. (more...)
Robin Thicke, T.I., and Pharrell Perform “Blurred Lines” on The Voice | Video
If iTunes is any indication where Robin Thicke's new single "Blurred Lines" is heading (and it is), then we could see his biggest single since his "Lost Without You" days. With the rising success of his single, striking the top spot in several countries as well as garnering national buzz from it's explicit music video and placement in the latest Radio Shack/Beats by Dre Pill commercials, Robin Thicke, Pharrell, and T.I. take it to The Voice for their first major performance of the single. Alicia Keys Performs New Single, “Tears Always Win” on American Idol | Video
After we thought "Girl On Fire" would never die, it feels like it's flame has been extinguished and we're ready to move on. Shortly after releasing the videos for her records "Fire We Make" and "New Day", Alicia Keys makes a major performing appearance on American Idol to give fans a performance of her brand new single, "Tears Always Win" off her certified gold album, Girl On Fire.
