You can't keep a good girl down? Despite Monica cancelling any plans of an album this year, she still provides her fans with a pleasant surprise - the official album artwork to her upcoming album New Life. With label issues with RCA Records, he has announced that her album will now be dropping on February 21st - just two years after her return with Still Standing. Go get'em Mo!

NEWS: Kelly Rowland Confirms The Sex Of Beyoncé and Jay-Z's Baby

Not sure if she meant to spill the details, which may be more hazardous than spilling any leak from Watch The Throne - but Kelly Rowland has managed to confirm to us the sex of the Heir To The Throne, Beyoncé and Jay-Z's child. According to MissInfo, Kelly spoke to Bang Showbiz at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of the Year Awards 2011 in London, where she picked up the “Ultimate TV Personality” prize for her work on UK’s X-Factor and said this:

“I’m so happy for my sister and her husband. They’re so happy in this moment right now, as they should be. They’ve made a little bundle of love, I’m so excited for them. "I have no idea what I’m going to buy Beyonce at the baby shower because Jay is going to buy that little girl every single thing possible. She won’t be spoilt but she will be very well looked-after. “I’ll be on hand for babysitting duties and I’m actually very good with messy diapers!”

There you have it, ITS A GIRL. The baby is scheduled to come in February of 2012. So set your clocks people.

ALBUM NEWS: Monica's 'New Life' Album Postponed?

Monica managed to make an impact when she returned to the game with Still Standing, exuding her passion and will not to fall victim of the conventional commercial appeal - and fans believed it, and it worked. However, with this latest album - she hasn't been receiving the same praise. With "Anything" and "Until It's Gone" doing absolutely nothing, she announced on Twitter that she's going back in the studio to rework her album.
