After dropping out of high school going into the Degrassi stages of his career, Drake recently re-dedicated himself to academics and earlier this month he announced that he’s finally getting his high school diploma. Now video surfaces of Drizzy giving a speech at the Jarvis Collegiate Institute as he accepts his high school diploma. Inspiring words by Drake need to be followed by a soundtrack. Drake, 26, is finally a high school graduate. Better late that never.
Speech definitely feels like it belongs at the end of a movie, about Drake going back to high school. And while he’s the popular kid he comes friends with the nerds, and tries to bring the entire school together no matter how it jeopardizes his social status. I went there. Congrats Drizzy.
