It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything relatively new from Meek Mill. With his last two singles, “Amen”and “Burn” appearing on Dreamchasers 2, we wondered if we would hear anything original from the album. Well, here’s the latest single off the album “Young and Gettin It” featuring Kirko Bangz. Meek trying to bring auto-tune back? Dreams and Nightmares on October 30th.
Upon first listen, this single isn’t exactly something fresh from MMG’s rooke of the year. The single isn’t fresh, and compared to the rest of the records he’s dropped – which have been absolute bangers, this falls way under the bar he set. Auto-tune probably wasn’t needed either, but to each his own. If this is the next lead single from the album, we might just see another push back.
