It seems like we’ve seen Rita Ora cover damn near every relevant current song from the past 12 months, in the past four months. It was only this year that Jay-Z introduced her to the US on Z100, and months later – her Roc Nation debut ORA is set to hit stores on August 27th in the UK. In this latest cover, which took place at the BBC Radio 1 Xtra Live Lounge, she takes on Frank Ocean’s VMA nominated “Swim Good.”

Personally, it’s a good version – but by far, prefer Frank Ocean’s version. I can appreciate however that she made the joint her own, making it a bit more contemporary, adding a bit more soul for it. But all of those factors kind of distract from what the song is about. Are you a Rita Ora believer yet? She covers One Direction as well, we’ll give that to you as a bonus.
