Ne-Yo popped up on Power 105′s The Breakfast Club this morning and definitely gave us quite a good interview for fans of the singer. Much more than just the surface, he touched on the reasons why he turned down playing Martin Luther King Jr. in an upcoming biopic, his current situation with Motown Records – the conflict between being an artist and Senior Vice President of A&R, as well as his easy transition from R&B to pop. The singer also touches on his opinions on the current R&B product, which “does not inspire him” which included comments on both Frank Ocean and Trey Songz.
