Just yesterday Lil Wayne gave the world a taste of what kind of ammunition the Dedication 4 will have a freestyle over the No Lie instrumental. Now today he gives us the album artwork. Hopefully we get the mixtape Wayne, like in the Drought 3 that I damn sure miss.
