After Anderson Cooper came out to the world yesterday, the whole world was buzzing when a story dropped yesterday (which has since then been deleted), that Frank Ocean would finally be opening up as a bi-sexual on his forthcoming album, Channel Orange (due July 17th). However, while the track itself has yet to surface – several clips on Youtube feature Mr. Ocean performing the song with questionable lyrics indeed. “You run my mind boy / Running on my mind boy / Forrest Gump, I know you Forrest / You wouldn’t hurt a beatle / But you’re so buff and so strong.” Props to iAmBoiGenius for stumbling onto this.

This is all still speculation since he hasn’t confirmed it himself, and I normally don’t jump to conclusions until all facts are in place. Ne-Yo, Drake, Babyface, Johnta Austin and other talented songwriters have sung from a female point of view – so this might be around that.

After this clip, fill the comments section with your interpretation of this song. You think he’s really bi-sexual or maybe he’s singing from another point of view? Several
