Ever since Dawn Richard split from Danity Kane, split from Diddy, split from Bad Boy in it’s entirety – she has been on her grizzly. After dropping video after video, and well recieved EPs – she enters us into the realm of GoldenHeart on the project’s first release – “Pretty Wicked Things”. The record was produced and written by frequent collaborator, Druski. Goldenheart is expected to drop on October 16th.
This is incredibly dope. Sonically, it’s much more than the standard track – as it’s taken up notch by the haunting, yet intricate production. Dawn’s vocals are just the icing on the cake of this fantastic release from the New Orelans songbird attempting to spread her wings on her own. A+.
