BET Awards is stepping things up tenfold. With Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, G.O.O.D Music, Big Sean, Rick Ross, Meek Mill, Wale, 2 Chainz, 2 Chainz, and Usher already confirmed performers – they’ve managed to pull out a whopper by snagging the original black hippie, D’Angelo to grace the BET Awards stage.
The star joined The Roots at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival earlier this month, and now he will have his first televised performance in over 12 years on one of the biggest nights in Black Entertainment.
